Methodology

Tailored learning.
Immersive environments.
Innovative tools.

Our methodology combines tailored learning from specialist instructors with first-hand industry knowledge and hands-on experience, an immersive learning environment and innovative tools that measure participants’ engagement and understanding. All programmes begin with an analysis of client tech stacks and workflows. Training is then delivered in-context by practitioners who have built and managed similar systems. We embed learning into daily work, supported by documentation and accreditation. Post-delivery, engagement and performance metrics are tracked, ensuring both individual developers and teams sustain productivity gains.

Opening quotation mark

The phrase ‘What are you trying to do?’ from the programme has stuck with me for eighteen years. I used it as recently as yesterday to help clarify requirements and challenge assumptions.
